Advocate Verification Required
To maintain a genuine and professional advocate-only community, verification is mandatory before joining.
Applicants will be required to provide:
- Practice area
- Place of practice
- Valid proof of practice as an advocate in Rajasthan
- Practice Certificate for verification
No Duplicate Entries :- To maintain the integrity of the community:
One Practice Certificate = One WhatsApp Number = One Verified Entry
A Practice Certificate already used for verification with one mobile number cannot be used again to create another entry.
Only advocates whose practising status can be verified will be admitted to the community.
Open & Meaningful Participation
Every verified advocate is welcome to participate and share messages, information, queries, opportunities and useful resources, provided that the content is:
- Genuine and relevant to the legal fraternity
- In the interest of advocates and the wider professional community
- Useful, informative or professionally meaningful
- Respectful and appropriate for a professional forum
Conduct & Removal
All members are expected to maintain professional conduct and respect the purpose of the community.
Any member may be removed from the group for:
- Violation of the community terms or guidelines
- Misconduct or inappropriate behaviour
- Sharing misleading, fraudulent or harmful information
- Any conduct that adversely affects the professional environment or interests of other members
Lawrist reserves the right to remove a member where necessary to maintain the authenticity, professionalism and integrity of the community.
